Gbagbo
What is former president Gbogbo up to; just to hang on to power. Does Gbagbo feel like dragging Ivorian war tired people into yet another fresh civil war? If he gets a civil war and wins Alassan Quartara and perhaps kill him along with perharps another five hundred thousand Ivorians he Gbagbo will start  rulling again what is left  of the Ivorians without the 'Challange' of Alassan Quartara; then is Gbogbo saying he would rull indefinetely without any kind of election! Then if there would be election and another challanger wins would Gbagbo get another Kangaroo court to declere him 'winner' in a 10 by 12 court room and perharps start another civil war to kill his new challanger and additional hundreds of thousands of Ivorians he claims to protect? Should Alassan Quartara wins and perharps kill Gbagbo what does Gbogbo get by his own death and that iof other innocent Ivorians? Should his civil war end indeterminant; is he looking forward to Mugabe / Tsvangirai escapade or is that what he is hopig to get without a war?
Well no right thinking person would want anyother blood barth in Ivory Coast so soon and yet Gbagbo is adamant and bent on possible bloody comfrontation.
It is clear that the UN and most of the international community uincluding USA and UK are ready to put a choking squeez on this self styled super man Gbagbo except that west African leaders are for reasons that are not clear treating this Gbagbo with kid gloves. West African leaders in particular Nigeria and Ghana and other powerful African countries like South Africa should send a clear message to this Gbagbo either by intelligencies from those African countries joined by US and UK intelligence and snipe out this Gbagbo out of his hide out and swear in Alasssan Quartar. Where this is not feasible then African states must identify strategic areas of sanctions that would force this Gbagbo  out of his hole and give the Ivorians the much needed peace and recovery.
