b) College fees
c) Living expenses
Also for brevity, some foreign universities apportion tuition fees according to category of courses.
For Cambridge University their fees are in three categories I tuition fees, ii college fees and ii living expenses. Course categorization are also in three bands for undergraduates; band 1, band 2 and band 3.

So depending on what you choose, your initial expenses as undergraduate are the sum of A plus B plus C.
